I have a friend who refers to all union based employees as “UAW’s” which I can’t seem to say without laughing.  For those of you scratching your head it stands for United Auto Workers.  He fly’s Northwest frequently and always comments on the large number of “UAW” delays he’s subjected to during trips.  Anyway I propose a movement to rename all lazy over-paid workers which are strangely enough mostly union based as “UAW’s”. I had to fly Northwest this week and I must say I’m not too impressed.  I will admit that I got a first class bump on the second leg of my returning trip which is always nice.  It’s especially nice when I’m actually elite on Continental but qualify for the perks due to the Skyteam partner program.  Northwest did a couple of things well but also lacked in other areas. Well I haven’t posted in awhile and recently have been really racking my brain to figure out something to post as to not loose the interest of my small but loyal audience.  The truth is I really haven’t had anything lately inspire me to complain or offer opinion.  For my interests this is the slow season of sports, the time of year I rush to get any projects around the house accomplished that I can handle, which trust me is a very short list.  So I offer more random thoughts to get us through this slow period until we reach that holy grail of sports season the start of college football!!!!
